Two thirds of Congratulations on Your Decision to Become a Pilot and former Cookie Bug members made up this smart indie pop band out of Oshkosh, WI. The Willis released their debut, Bathtub, Lightbulb, Heartattack in January 2006. The band decided to part ways in November 2006, but you never know.
